SA\u1e42YOGA provides consultation and management services for the recruitment, training, document management and performance evaluation of the crew:<\/h4>
  1. To recruit, engage and dispatch local or foreign qualified seafarers in accordance with the requests of Clients.<\/h6><\/li>
  2. Subject to the needs of Clients, to arrange training programs or courses to impart and update the knowledge and skills of the crew to ensure that they meet the requirements of the law of the flag of the vessel\/yacht, International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea and International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers.<\/h6><\/li>
  3. To establish systems for Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Services, protection of personnel and resources, reporting of operation and services, and emergency response, and provide feedback for improvements from ad hoc evaluations, selection and dispatch to the management of crew.<\/h6><\/li>
  4. To ensure compliance with the Maritime Labor Convention and the laws of the flag of the vessel governing the seafarers' salary and benefits.<\/h6><\/li>
  5.
